If you’re wandering around Berlin in search of a Kebap but you’re not sure if you want chicken or beef, Hisar Fresh Food near S/U Yorckstrasse might just be the place for you.
The Döner Kebap (Doner kebab) is one of the most popular snacks in Berlin but there aren’t many places where you can get a Beef Döner and a Chicken Döner at the same Imbiß, as is the case at Hisar. And this is definitely the first Kebap shop I’ve been too where you have to queue separately depending on which meat you choose. The window you need to go to is conveniently marked with pictures of a cow and chicken so you know where to head.
There is seating provided and the Imbiß is sheltered from the worst of the cold and wind in winter by an awning.

Both Döner Kebap variations at Hisar Fresh Food in Berlin are super tasty and there are the usual Dürüm, Döner Teller and vegetarian options available.
